Detection of Mouse S100A16 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of mouse brain (cerebellum) tissue. PVDF Membrane was probed with 1ug/ml of Mouse S100A16 Antigen Affinity ­purified Polyclonal Antibody followed by HRP­conjugated Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for S100A16 at approximately 15kD (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 8.
